Pet Portraits

Aimee Hoover is a world-famous portrait artist. She designed her new site and I built it using Genesis. Notice the custom Galleries section, which uses WordPress’ Custom Post Type functionality.

I took this absolutely gorgeous design produced by Fabien Barral and built a custom WordPress theme.
Some key features include: a standards-compliant site that looks the same in all browsers, a custom Ad Manager, and a fully editable footer.

Working for Monarq Media on a very rush project to turn a design into a functional (Thesis-based) website. The development was completed in one day, and we spent one day making small changes requested by the client.

I built a highly modified version of Thesis with features that include a featured content rotator, many different ways of presenting content (most recent, most commented, highest ranked, most similar based on tags…), and a design that matches the brand’s look and feel.

Dog Food Advisor

I made a few design changes, as well as building a system for ranking reviews.

Too Shy to Stop

A more standard, but still very custom, online news site. Always Creative produced the design, and I built it in WordPress. A few key features include multiple image sizes for each post used throughout the site, and lots of optional meta information associated with posts (photographer, photographer url, website related to post, tags, related posts…).
